Robert S. Huffstodt
Robert S. Huffstodt joined PTS in July 2001
as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. In 2001 he became PTS's President and
in 2002, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Huffstodt is responsible for sales,
marketing, finance, research and development of all operations related functions,
including production. Most recently, Mr. Huffstodt was Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer for Quatro Systems, Inc. a leading electronics
manufacturing services provider. At Quatro, Mr. Huffstodt was responsible
for finance, production, sales and human resources. Prior to joining Quatro,
Mr. Huffstodt was President and Chief Executive Officer for Lukens Medical
Corporation (NASDAQ:LUKN), a manufacturer of medical devices. Mr. Huffstodt
served as CEO of Lukens from 1995 through 1998 a period of global expansion
for the company. Before serving as CEO, Mr. Huffstodt served as CFO of Lukens,
and in that role was responsible for supporting the company's initial public
offering in 1992. Prior to Lukens, Mr. Huffstodt was a Certified Public
Accountant, and worked for the Metropolitan Services Group, a division of
Price Waterhouse. Mr. Huffstodt holds
a B.B.A. in accounting from the University

Sunil Anaokar
Sunil Anaokar, Ph.D. joined the Company in
October 1998 as Chief Technology Officer. He
has been active in the medical industry for
twenty years. Dr. Anaokar began his career
at Abbott Laboratories and later Diagnostic
Systems Laboratory where he managed research
and development, manufacturing and quality
assurance. Most recently, he served as VP of
Research and Development at Seradyn, Inc. Dr.
Anaokar has a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry
(1977) and a Ph.D. in Clinical Chemistry (1979),
from the University of New Mexico and attended
the Management Program at Rice University. (Back

James W. Duncan
James W. Duncan has over thirty years experience
in the medical industry. He is currently President
of Blue Duncan Associates, a consulting firm
for medical device start up ventures. His expertise
is in helping management to develop appropriate
business strategies and to execute them effectively.
He is an active advisor, consultant and mentor
to senior management with special focus on
establishing highly effective organizations.
Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer
of MediSense, Inc., at the time the fourth
largest, but technology leader and fastest
growing of the diabetes blood glucose self-monitoring
companies. MediSense was subsequently acquired
by Abbott in 1996. Prior to MediSense, Mr.
Duncan was CEO and co-founder of Cardiac Alliance,
which applied advanced monitoring, pharmacy
and disease management technologies to improve
clinical and cost outcomes of advanced congestive
heart failure patients. Earlier he had been
Executive Vice President of Miles Diagnostics
(now Bayer Diagnostics), where he was actively
involved in the formative stages of the diabetes
self-testing market and in developing, launching
and branding the companys first Glucometer® systems
for blood glucose control. Mr. Duncan has held
prior management and leadership positions with
Deseret Company, Hartz-Standard, Owens-Illinois
and Eastman Kodak Company. He holds MBA (marketing)
and BS (mechanical engineering) from Cornell

Michael F. Caron
Michael F. Caron joined the company as Vice
President of Engineering in December 2000.
He has 20 years of product development and
manufacturing experience in the consumer, automotive,
military and industrial markets.
From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Caron held various Executive Management and Engineering
positions with Hurco Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HURC), a global machine tool
design and manufacturing company. During his tenure with Hurco Companies,
Mr. Caron established an Asian offshore electronics manufacturing operation
with gross yearly revenues in excess of $5 million USD. He was named to
the Board of Directors of this startup organization in 1997. Prior to Hurco,
Mr. Caron held numerous product design positions with Allison Transmission,
Delphi Electronics, and Thomson Consumer Electronics. Mr.
Caron graduated from Purdue University with
a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1980. (Back
