						Backyard Playground For Children and Parents This backyard oasis is currently under construction. With a view from the rear of this home of tall mature trees and a slope to a meandering stream the owners were ready to add onto the existing deck and hot tub. Access to the back yard was awkward and the hot tub was easily viewed by neighbors. The original program required a patio area for dining, a fire pit area, relocation of the hot tub and a pathway linking an existing lower level patio to the new. To complete their backyard playground, a pool, pergola and a barbeque area were added to the project. To the left are three sketches at various stages of the design process that were developed with the owners. They indicate how Bignal Design works through the program with clients to insure their desires are met. After acceptance of the design a pool company and landscape company were added to the team to finalize the plans. Check back in the late spring to see how the back yard has changed.
