	Stephen Bignal Principal After completing studies at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Stephen worked in the custom residential market in Southern California for several years before moving to the Midwest. Stephen worked for several large architecture firms in Indianapolis, primarily in commercial and institutional fields since 1997. In the past few years Stephen had the opportunity to design several homes on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, and in doing so recognized the opportunity to move more toward residential design and construction. Stephen has served as a board member of the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Stephen is married with three young daughters and has lived in Carmel for eight years. His professional interest is to fill a gap which exists between new home buyers and the architectural design community. Carol Schuler Principal Following graduation from Harvard University Carol became the office manager for a large engineering firm in New York City. During her tenure the firm doubled in size. Moving to Los Angeles, Carol continued office management duties in the film industry, and expanded her professional experience by adding producing, production coordination, accounting, and business management. Taking a position in Boston, Carol became the administrator of a start-up management company which quadrupled in revenues during her stay. Carol is married with two children and lives in Zionsville. Carol specializes in all aspects of business management, administration and project coordination with a wide range of fiscal responsibilities.
